About

Courtney graduated from MacEwan University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English. Her academic background strengthened her communication skills, broadened her understanding of human experience, and established the foundation for the empathetic, client-centered approach she brings to her professional practice.

Following the completion of her degree, Courtney dedicated several years to raising her three children. This period not only grounded her personally but also reinforced the importance of patience, clear communication, and strong relationship-building—qualities that ultimately influenced her decision to pursue a career in hearing healthcare.

In 2017, Courtney returned to post-secondary studies and enrolled in the Hearing Aid Practitioner program. This field provided a meaningful intersection between her interest in healthcare and her commitment to supporting individuals in practical, impactful ways. Since beginning her work in hearing health, she has taken great pride in assisting clients as they navigate their hearing needs, offering informed guidance, and contributing to enhanced quality of life. Her ongoing collaboration with a highly skilled audiology team has further supported her professional development, and she values the continued opportunity to learn from their expertise.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is an avid skier, an enthusiastic hockey parent, and someone who appreciates the outdoors—whether hiking in the mountains or exploring new places.

Courtney remains grateful for the path that led her to the field of hearing healthcare and is dedicated to providing clients with compassionate, respectful, and evidence-based support.
